Project Overview
In partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Naroman was engaged to redesign the official website for the Policia National de Timor-Leste (PNTL). The project was part of UNDP's Capacity Building Support initiative and focused on enhancing the digital presence of Timor-Leste's national police force to improve public communication and institutional transparency.
