Project Overview
From May to September 2020, Naroman served as a Website Development Consultant for Australia's Workforce Development Program in Timor-Leste, implemented by Palladium Unipessoal Lda. The project focused on creating a user-friendly digital platform to showcase the program's initiatives, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and provide a centralized resource for workforce development materials.

About the Workforce Development Program
The Workforce Development Program Timor-Leste (WDPTL) is an Australian Government initiative designed to enhance employment opportunities and workforce skills in Timor-Leste. The program works with various stakeholders including government agencies, educational institutions, and private sector organizations to develop targeted training programs, promote career awareness, and strengthen the job market.
